- Guest Host
You will be working under Front Office Department, responsible to Leading the team and ensure them to live within AMAN ambition, purpose, pillar & values. To provide complete supervisions of the department, operational staff, ensuring that standards and services are maintained in strict accordance with management policy. To ensure that all guest complete a registration form upon arrival in their respective pavilion.
Candidates should possess the following skills and attributes :
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel of similar standard in similar capacity
- Responsible with all the guest needed.
- Excellent English proficiency
- Creative and outgoing personality with excellent communication.
- Flexibility and ability to work as part of a team
- Tough, energetic, dynamic, detail, and inspiring
- Analytical, well-organized with an aptitude for problem-solving and critical thinking
