Position           : Front Office Manager

Department    : Front Office

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Proven experience in hotel or hospitality management, with a minimum of 3 – 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a team of front desk staff
  • Excellent communication skills in English and possibly additional languages, depending on the holtel;s clientele
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and reservation systems
  • Exceptional customer service skills to handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests
  • Knowledge of front office operations, including check-in/check-out procedures and billing processes
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts with guest or staff
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities to oversee daily operations efficiently
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality service standards
  • Knowledge of safety and security protocols to ensure the safety of guests and staff
  • Budget management skills to control front office expenses effectively

Position           : Front Office Supervisor

Department    : Front Office

  • Min Diploma/Bachelor Degree
  • Previous experience in front desk or guest service roles, along with at least 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a hotel or similar establishment
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills are essential
  • Demonstrated leadership skills to manage and motivate a team of Front Office Staff, ensuring smooth operations and excellent guest experiences
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
  • The ability to resolve guest issues and address operational challenges efficiently
  • Willingness to work flexible hours

Position           : Restaurant Bar Manager

Department    : Food & Beverage Service

  • Min Diploma/Bachelor Degree
  • Experience in the same field min 3 years
  • Must have a good beverage knowledge and service knowledge
  • Must have a high creativity and brand development
  • Honestly, good communication skill, leadership, responsibility, and profesionalism
  • Knowing about digital marketing and social media
  • Able to working in high pressure
  • Able to join immediately

Position           : Sales & E-commerce Manager

Department    : Sales & Marketing

  • S1 majoring in Tourism and Hospitality Management or Digital Marketing Management
  • 3-years of work experiences as Senior Sales, E-Commerce & Reservation Manager in 4 stars hotel
  • Have a wide relationship with portal agents, corporations and government
  • Have a strong managerial and leadership skills, good analytival skills, able to work under pressure and target oriented
  • Have a firm attitude, communicative and self motivated
  • Creative in setting up E-Commerce or Digital Marketing strategy
  • Well understanding in English, both verbal and written

Position           : Engineering Supervisor

Department    : Engineering

  • Bachelor’s degree/Min D3 in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Engineering, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Experience in project management is highly desirable.
  • In-depth knowledge of engineering principles, practices, and processes related to the spesific field
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team of engineers, providing guidance, direction, and support to ensure successful project execution
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team

Position           : Marcomm Executive

Department    : Brand Development Department

  • Bachelor’s degree/Min D3 in Marketing, Communication or related field At least 2 years of experience in a marketing or communication role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
  • Ability to work independently and in a team envoronment
  • Proactive and creative problem-solving skills

Position           : Guest Service Attendant

Department    : Front Office

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  • Basic computer skills

Position           : Guest Relation Officer

Department    : Front Office

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential. Proficiency in other languages is a plus
  • A bachelor’s degree/Diploma in hospitality management, tourism, or a related field is preferred
  • Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service. Ability to anticipate guest needs, handle complaints, and ensure guest satisfaction
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with guests and team members. Ability to work well in a team oriented environment
  • Basic computer skills

Position           : Chef de Partie Dimsum

Department    : Food & Beverage Product

  • A Culinary degree or equivalent training in Asian cuisine, particularly dimsum is esential
  • Proficiency in creating a variety of dimsum dishes, including dumplings, buns, and rolls, with precision and creativity
  • Innovation in creating new dimsum recipes and improving existing ones
  • Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards to ensure safe food preparation
  • Effective communication skills to coordinate with the culinary team and communicate with kitchen management
