We are looking for a self-motivated and driven Contracting Supervisor who has proven analytical skills, excellent product knowledge, and an eye for detail.
You as Contracting Supervisor will be a part of Happy Trails! Asia at Bali, Indonesia.
Profile :
- At least 3 years of working experience in the hospitality and travel industry.
- Excellent command of English both written and spoken.
- Good communication, excellent negotiation, and relationship skills.
- Have good relationship skills, customer-centric with a commitment to high standards of service delivery.
- Strong leadership skills, good analytical, resourceful, problem-solving, trustworthy, and highly confidential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
What you’ll be doing :
As Contracting Supervisor, you will be responsible for organizing and maintaining supplier contract rates including :
- Negotiate and contract existing/new product rates.
- To ensure competitive product rates.
- Developing and maintaining good and healthy relationships with suppliers.
- Visit and inspect existing and new suppliers to ensure quality.
- Act as the face-to-face key point contact for accommodation/product suppliers.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure that all client needs are met and that the business runs smoothly
