Front Office Manager

Responsibilities :

  • Supervising and training front office staff.
  • Managing room reservations and availability.
  • Overseeing guest check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Resolving guest issues and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Maintaining front office records and reports.
  • Collaborating with other hotel departments to provide a high level of service.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience as a Front Office Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.

Executive Chef

Responsibilities :

  • Creating and updating menus to meet customer preferences and seasonal ingredients.
  • Overseeing food preparation and presentation.
  • Managing kitchen operations, including ordering supplies and monitoring inventory.
  • Training and supervising kitchen staff.
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a high-quality restaurant or hotel.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent qualifications.
  • Strong culinary skills and creativity.
  • Leadership and management abilities.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.

Front Office Staff

Responsibilities :

  • Greeting and assisting customers at the front desk.
  • Handling reservations and check-ins.
  • Providing information about the establishment and local attractions.
  • Managing phone calls and inquiries.
  • Ensuring a smooth check-out process.

Requirements :

  • Previous experience in a front office or similar role is preferred.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
