Job Description :
- Manage daily villa inquiries and ensure timely responses.
- Promote and post details about our villas across social media platforms.
- Update Google charts with reservation information.
Ensure all payments are completed before guests’ arrival. - Generate contracts for all guests.
- Collaborate with different departments for smooth operations.
- Address guest concerns promptly and efficiently.
Job Requirements :
- Previous experience in hospitality, particularly in reservations or front office.
- Excellent English and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer literacy.
