- Executive Chef
- Minimum 4 years experience in similar position

- Innovative & creative approach to menu composition.
- Thoroughly familiar with HACCP systems.
- Able to work flexible hours to manage three independent specialty restaurants with a total 270 of seats, plus banquet facilities for up to 200 persons.
- Excellent English communication skills.
